SAILE - Student Activities and Involvement Leadership Experience

SAILE is a 6-week leadership series for current student leaders at the University of Florida looking to expand their leadership capabilities. Participants are challenged to enhance their current positional leadership style through not simply being the person "in charge", but learning how to lead in any circumstance, increase organizational effectiveness, and develop others.  Sessions will be led by BCLS staff with a strong emphasis on dialogue, interaction between participants, activities, and reflection.

SAILE Summer A will be virtual and have a specific focus on leading through a pandemic, including leading remote teams, inclusive leadership, managing uncertainty and crisis communication. Please click here for more information.

For persons with disabilities requiring special accommodations, please leave a message at 352-392-1671 or sai@ufsa.ufl.edu at least 72 hours prior to the event.
