Olvin Carias - Director

Olvin is a third year student from New Orleans, Louisiana majoring in mathematics and minoring in education. He has been part of this organization since his freshman year when he participated in Make a Difference Day. His passion and dedication to the organization led him to become the Assistant Director and now the Director of ACTIONS! Olvin strongly believes one must be able to encourage, motivate, inspire, and most importantly positively change people's life. He also enjoys traveling, teaching, and singing Disney songs at random times!

Nicole is a second year student from Atlanta, Georgia who is majoring in Family, Youth and Community Sciences. She first heard about ACTIONS! through her First Year Florida Peer Leader. She volunteered at Victims Memorial Park as a Make a Difference Day service project. She enjoyed the project so much that she decided to join ACTIONS! and later became public relations chair. Nicole's nick name says it all; she loves making a difference in the community and takes actions upon our communities needs. Nicole is very outgoing, loves meeting new people and has a passion for service and having fun!

Oscar is third year student from Miami, Florida majoring in Finance while pursuing minors in Mass Communications and Anthropology. He first heard about ACTIONS! through a few of his friends and the Center of Leadership and Service. Oscar's experience with money has led him to become the ACTIONS! Treasurer where he handles our financial account. He is very passionate about performing community service projects that make an impact in the community and motivate others to get involved. He is very trustworthy, enjoys listening to others, loves watching comedy shows and traveling!

Sasha is a third year student majoring in Communications Sciences and Disorder. Sasha's dedication has led her to great new heights in ACTIONS!. Weeks after she applied for membership she dove into being a programming chair where she organized a variety of performances for ServeFest. Sasha currently serves as the ACTIONS! Secretary where her leadership skills continues to shine everyday. Sasha has a great personality! She enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching movies, and of course shopping!

Lauren is a second year Accounting major from Virginia. The various ACTIONS! programs encouraged her to apply for membership. The countless hours she has put forth in ACTIONS! has led the organization to be known all across campus. As the P.R Chair of ACTIONS! Lauren has done a marvelous job in ensuring that a variety of students become aware of the ACTIONS! Events. Lauren's energy and enthusiasm can truly brighten anyone's day!
