LeadUF is a semester-long, foundational leadership experience designed for first and second year students, where participants learn about, reflect on and develop their personal leadership framework. LeadUF is based on the understanding that leadership is a life-long journey developed by our experiences and engagement in the community and world. Participants are also paired with leadership coaches who serve motivate and support participants through their leadership journey.
The semester cohort incorporates large group activities, small group discussions, reflection, outdoor experiences, and time to connect with other leaders. LeadUF is designed to provide participants with skills to make positive change.
Take the Journey
LeadUF is open to all undergraduate students. Anyone interested in spending time reflecting on their personal experiences, engaging and learning from other leaders, and building foundational leadership skills to help guide them in becoming stronger leaders on campus is welcome! If you are a faculty, staff, or graduate student, contribute to the LeadUF experience by becoming a Leadership Coach!
Participant registration is currently closed. If you would like to be notified when Fall 2018 applications open, leave your info here.
LeadUF costs $25 for students (paid at time of registration).
In order to ensure full participation and growth, LeadUF has a strict attendance policy. Please check with your class and activity schedule before signing up.
